Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure the item is in its original packaging; for safety reasons, sea moss gels must be unopened and returned in their original thermal insulation if applicable.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
